Accessibility Statement
Accessibility at Europe Awake™
Everyone deserves a good experience on our site — whether you're browsing with a screen reader, navigating by keyboard, using voice commands, or relying on any other assistive technology. We want shopping here to feel straightforward and welcoming, not frustrating.
We build with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our reference point. That means we pay attention to things like semantic markup, color contrast, alt text, keyboard navigation, and screen reader support. We won't pretend we've nailed every detail — but we're actively working on it, and accessibility stays part of how we build and maintain this site.
What We're Doing
We use modern, standards-based code and regularly review our site for accessibility issues. That includes checking core user flows — browsing, product pages, cart, checkout — to make sure they work for people using different devices and assistive tools.
As the site evolves, so does our approach. We're always looking for ways to do better.
Third-Party Content
Parts of our site may link to or include content from external platforms. We don't control those experiences, so we can't guarantee how accessible they are — but we try to work with providers who take it seriously.
Get in Touch
If something on our site isn't working for you, we want to hear about it. Reach out to us at contact@europeawake.org and let us know:
- The page you were on
- What went wrong
- What device or assistive technology you're using (if relevant)
We'll do our best to make it right.
