Refund Policy
All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through Europe Awake™ are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to, change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer's remorse.
We encourage you to review all product details — including sizing guides, materials, and product descriptions — carefully before placing your order.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or materially different from what was described, you may be eligible for a refund.
To be eligible, you must:
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@europeawake.org
- Provide your order number and the email address associated with your order
- Submit clear photographic or video evidence of the defect or damage
We will review your claim and respond within 3 business days. We reserve the right to request additional documentation or information before making a determination.
If Your Claim Is Approved
- You will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval
- We will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you, along with instructions for returning the item
- As a gesture of goodwill, we will also issue a discount code for a future order
- Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving the return label
- Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected
If Your Claim Is Denied
If we determine the item does not qualify as defective or damaged, we will notify you with an explanation. Our decision is final, though you may contact us with additional evidence for reconsideration.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or are not in their original condition
- Items without original tags and packaging
- Gift cards
- Items damaged through misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear
Wrong Item Received
If you receive an item that does not match your order, contact us at contact@europeawake.org within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item received. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you or issue a full refund if the item is no longer available.
Order Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, we may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests. If your order has not yet shipped, contact us as soon as possible at contact@europeawake.org and we will make reasonable efforts to cancel the order.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.
European Union Consumers
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
To exercise this right:
- Contact us at contact@europeawake.org within 14 days of delivery
- The item must be in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item
This right does not apply to items that have been worn, washed, altered, or are missing original tags and packaging.
Refund Processing
All approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. We do not issue refunds by check, cash, or alternative payment methods.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after approval. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at contact@europeawake.org.
