Orders
Can I cancel or change my order?
Once an order is placed, we may not be able to accommodate changes or cancellations. If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible at contact@europeawake.org and we'll do what we can.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled or modified.
Where is my order?
You'll receive an order confirmation email after checkout with estimated delivery dates. Once your order ships, we'll send tracking information via email and SMS so you can follow it every step of the way.

Why was my order cancelled?
In rare cases, we may need to cancel an order due to product availability or a payment issue. If this happens, we'll notify you by email and issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to process.
Can I combine separate orders into one shipment?
We're unable to combine multiple orders into a single shipment. Each order is processed and fulfilled independently.
Shipping
How long will my order take to arrive?
Shipping timelines vary by product and are listed on each product page. You'll receive estimated delivery dates in your order confirmation email, along with tracking updates once your order is in transit.
Delivery times may be extended during new drops, holidays, and high-demand periods.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $200. Shipping costs for orders under $200 are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States only. We're working on expanding — follow us on socials to stay in the loop.
Can I ship to a PO Box or APO/FPO address?
We're currently unable to ship to PO Box or APO/FPO addresses.
My package arrived damaged or is missing items.
Contact us at contact@europeawake.org within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll review your claim and respond within 3 business days.
What if my package can't be delivered?
If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, the package may be returned and reshipment fees will apply. Double-check your shipping details before placing your order.
Once your order has shipped, you're responsible for coordinating with the carrier for any delivery arrangements or issues.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer's remorse.
We want you to be confident in every purchase — review product details and size guides on each product page before you order.
What if I receive a defective or damaged item?
We stand behind the quality of everything we sell. If you receive an item that's defective, damaged, or materially different from what was described, contact us at contact@europeawake.org within 14 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos or video of the issue. We'll review your claim within 3 business days and, if approved, issue a full refund to your original payment method along with a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
I received the wrong item.
Contact us at contact@europeawake.org within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of what you received. We'll ship the correct item or issue a full refund if it's no longer available.
How long does a refund take to process?
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. If it's been more than 15 business days since approval, contact us at contact@europeawake.org.
Product
How do I find my size?
Every product page includes a detailed size guide with measurements to help you find the right fit. Since all sales are final, we strongly recommend checking the guide before you order.
Will the product look exactly like the photos?
We work to represent colors and materials as accurately as possible, but slight variations may occur depending on your screen settings. Minor differences in color or texture are not considered defects.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), PayPal, and Shop Pay. We also offer Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Amazon Pay at checkout.
My payment isn't going through.
Our checkout includes fraud protection for your security. If your transaction is declined, contact your bank to authorize the charge or try a different payment method.
